Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped. However there will be a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when you bought your item.

Gulf Coast Poke Stop cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package.

Pre-Order Policy

When ordering a Pre-Order, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
